Private Yoga
Yoga can benefit your child in so many ways. Whether he needs help concentrating in school, or she needs to help learning how to calm and center her mind and body before a test or big game, yoga can provide your child with the tools to benefit them throughout their lives. We can work together to come up with a short- or long-term plan to address your child’s specific needs. Available to work with children all ages including those with special needs.

Family or Parent/Child Yoga
Yoga fun for the whole family! Kids get to spend quality, fun time with their parents and siblings and adults have the unique opportunity to relearn how to play with your kids and connect with them on a whole new level. Games, partner poses, and imaginary yoga adventures will have you and your family bonding and laughing-all the while strengthening and stretching yours and your child’s growing muscles.  Also available for small groups or mom’s/dad’s groups!

Postnatal Yoga
Bond with your baby through a playful yoga practice, while getting back into shape after your pregnancy.  A yoga class to fit your individual needs after giving birth. Whether you need to strengthen your abdominal and pelvic floor muscles or stretch achy necks and shoulders, practice yoga in the comfort of your own home. Also, learn to do yoga with your baby to strengthen growing muscles, aid in digestion, promote better sleeping patterns, and help your infant towards their next stage of development.  Also available in a small group or mom’s group setting.

Adult Private Yoga
With the strong belief that children are as healthy as their environment, take some time to give back to yourself with a yoga practice designed to fit your needs and body. As a parent, you give all day long. Take some time for you with a rejuvenating yoga practice.  Available for complete beginners to more experience practitioners.
